First off you will need two programs, both free

The first is Rad Video Tools which can be downloaded at
http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htmThe second is my tool, which converts the uncompressed avi + wav file into a JVA file, to play on the GFX Lite, which can be downloaded at
http://www.propgfx.co.uk/Baggers/Tutorials/GFXLiteAVIConv.rarnow that you've hopefully installed Rad Video Tools, and also unzip/rar'd my converter to your avi's folder, ( or other folder of your choice that's in your path directories so it can be accessed from a dos prompt

then...
Open Rad Tools, and point the directory to where your mpg/avi etc is, and hilight it

Then click the "Convert a file" button

It initially has an output extension of .avi, (if not change it using the "Output type...." button) and

Tick the Convert Video tick box, and set "Adjust" box to 50, and set scaling "Width" to 120 and scaling "Height" to 96, then click the "Convert" button.

It will start, then ask for Video Compression type.

When it asks for Video Compression type, set it to "Full Frames (uncompressed)"

Then sit back, and wait for it to finish, once it's done, go back into it again with the "Convert a file" button again, only this time, tick the "Convert Audio" tick box, and set the convert output format rate box to "15625".

don't forget to click the "Output type..." button and change the output type to "WAV"

Then once that's done, it's quite quick, open up a dos prompt, go to the directory where your AVI and WAV is. and type
"GFXLiteAVIConv filename.avi filename.wav filename.jva"
and press enter, but obviously replacing filename to the name of your file.

it will open up a window and show it's progression through the video

then once it closes the window when it's finished, copy the file to SD, and pop it into your hybrid, and use the video player and enjoy

GFX Lite Player for our Hybrid + PropGFXLite can be downloaded at
